Your private home at West. Exclusive use of five en-suite bedrooms for up to ten guests.
Included in your stay
Exclusive use of the entire villa and daily housekeeping of bedrooms and communal areas.
Laundry, a private chef and additional housekeeping assistance are available by prior arrangement at an extra charge.
Seasonal rates
Per night for the entire villa, in South African rand.
Low season · R15,000 per night
1 May–30 September. Minimum stay: 3 nights.
High season · R20,000 per night
1 October–14 December and 16 January–30 April, excluding Easter weekend. Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Peak season · R25,000 per night
15 December–15 January and Easter weekend. Minimum stay: 7 nights. Easter weekend bookings attract peak-season rates and a seven-night minimum stay.

Age policy & stairway access
Guests aged 12 years and older are welcome, including day visitors. Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult. Access is via stairs only, with no lift or step-free entrance. Please consider your mobility requirements before booking.
Overnight guests
Only registered guests may stay overnight, up to a maximum of 10. Changes to the guest list require prior approval.
Day visitors
Day visitors are welcome by prior arrangement only. Confirm visitor numbers and visiting times with your host before inviting anyone. Any additional charges must be agreed in advance. Overnight stays require approval. The booking guest is responsible for visitors’ conduct and compliance with these rules.
Parking
Parking is limited to three vehicles in total, including day visitors’ vehicles. Use the spaces indicated by your host and keep neighbouring driveways and road access clear.
Gatherings & quiet hours
Parties, events and outside service providers require prior written approval. Keep music and conversation considerate, especially outdoors. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00.
Smoking & pets
No smoking or vaping indoors. Use designated outdoor smoking areas and dispose of cigarette ends safely. No pets allowed.
Care, safety & wildlife
Treat furnishings and equipment with care. Report damage or maintenance issues promptly and do not move heavy furniture without permission. Use braai facilities only as instructed. No fireworks or unapproved open flames. Never feed wildlife; keep food and waste securely stored.
Security
Lock doors and close windows when leaving the property.
